"House was well equipped, all we needed. A cosy and warm atmosphere and a short distance to the beach. Good place to make day trips in the surrounding. The host was supportive and replied quickly for questions. "

"We passed a great vacation in Mimizan-Beach with our large family. The house looks exactly as advertised, the pool is great and it's nicely furnished and decorated. However, we should mention some details that keep this place from being a straight 5-star object: - if the wind blows towards the sea, you get an ugly smell from the large paper mill up the road - the place needs a very thorough clean-up that includes all corners of the kitchen and the bathroom, chairs etc. "

"Die Ferienwohnung ist in einem ordentlichen Zustand. Sowohl Innenstadt von Mimzan-Plage wie auch das Meer sind zu Fuß gut zu erreichen."

"Very close to the beach but definitely not worth the 100€ per night considering the fact that the water in the shower didn’t drain - we had to wipe up the water with a mop every time afterwards and worse, the hosts even blamed our dog’s hair although it didn’t drain right from the start when our dog hadn’t even entered the shower yet (which we told them)! It was also very difficult to turn the keys of the doors (and again they blamed us to have broken it) and to find a parking lot. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend it. "
