„We stayed at this property for 10 days and was offered the room in the village and was in walking distance to the beach and salt water pool. The room that we were initially placed in was very spacious with a loungeroom and contained sandstone feature walls and ceilings which were not sealed and bits of sandstone was falling everywhere including on the bed, floor and on the lounge. „Great place to stay with very spacious rooms. The bathroom needs a bit of upgrading, as it’s hard to adjust the water due to the bathtub setup. It’s very conveniently located within walking distance to the shops. Batroun has a lot to offer 25 minutes to the snow and 30 minutes to Jounieh. The place is very clean, and I highly recommend it“

„The property was not flexible at all in terms of storing our luggage before the check in time at 2pm. We had to sit around for 3 hours and wait as they were not willing to hold our luggage somewhere. Also, the breakfast timing starts only at 8.30 am earliest, for a business trip, this is not sufficient.
