● No parties.
● Only registered guests are allowed. If you would like to have additional guests visit or stay, please notify the host in advance. An additional fee of $20 per extra guest may apply.
Bathroom Use
● Please flush toilet paper only.
● Do not flush feminine products, wipes, or other items.
● Please turn on the bathroom fan while showering to help reduce moisture.
● Please flush the toilet after each use and wipe down surfaces if needed.
Energy Conservation
● Please turn off lights and appliances when not in use.
Laundry & Lower-Level Unit
● The laundry room is located on the lower level.
● There may be guests staying in the separate lower-level unit.
● They have their own private entrance and do not have access to your main-floor space.
● Please be respectful of guests staying in the lower level and avoid disturbing their privacy.
