„We very much enjoyed our stay on this property. The housing was adequate; great home and very clean. Nicely stocked but it was quite warm (80-83 degrees) in the house for my family (we normally keep our thermostat between 68-71). The window air unit was essential but there was no way to cool the back bedroom. The house is well stocked and taken care of. We enjoyed a walk around the property and meeting the goat, the cat, and seeing a number of deer, birds, berries, and fun wildlife. The owner ...

„What a serene spot! The property was just as listed! We were here for just 2 overnights and spent the day in Walker. Great morning coffee on the deck, saw deer and turkeys … if you want a place to get away, this is it! Jim was great to work with and accommodating. Only problem we had was a VRBO/Google Maps issue — listen to Jim’s directions and map the exact address. The “get directions” option on VRBO took us to the area but not the place! Everything else was easy! “

„This was a charming farmhouse perfect for our stay. We were out exploring SW Minnesota during the day but it was great to have a place to cook in the morning and in the evening. TV/firestick worked fine for our kids and the living room was spacious for them to run around. We all enjoyed the hot tub one night as well. „Our family of four greatly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful farmhouse. The surrounding area is very rural, so it is an incredibly peaceful place to stay. About a 30 minute drive from Winona, La Crosse, and other cities with plenty of things to do. The house had everything we needed. „My family and I were in town for a wedding and had the opportunity to stay at 14 Hands Farm for the night. The host was amazing. We were able to check-in early so that we could get ready at the house and they even left treats for us! We loved the house, loved the property and even made a couple of friends while we were there. The host is fantastic - very kind and very responsive. The only regret is that we couldn't stay longer. This place is fantastic. We hope to stay again sometime!“

„Property is as listed. It is a fully operational farm so keep that in mind. We went up for a race weekend @ Deer creek speedway. Does offer amenities including washer, dryer, toaster, stove/oven, and refrigerator. Pull out sofa along with some cots. Shower and toilet, it is also equipped with ac/heat. Does have a barn available ( more or less camping ). Would visit again. “

„Dan was super nice and accommodating. If you are looking for a 5 star hotel, look elsewhere. It you want a large, clean farmhouse, this place is for you. Being a working family farm, expect to see a tractor or two going in and out. We really enjoyed sitting on the wrap around porch with a book watching the cows. Lilly, the family's dog, was super friendly and may come to visit you. We will definitely go back! Thanks again Dan!“

„We had a great time visiting with our kiddos and friends over the 4th if July. Karen made sure we had what we needed. Thr kids loved snuggling the bunny and hiking with goats. We picked berries and gathered mushrooms. Overall a great time! Do be prepared that there is very spotty cell coverage, so be ready to navigate "old school". “

„We stayed at the farmhouse while visit family over the 4th. The proximity to Walker is great. The kitchen is very well stocked and the beds are comfortable. The property is nice and quiet. “

„House was spacious. Rooms were well kept and cleaned. Family room has a pool table which is a plus. Patios are perched high up. There's a washer and dryer, albeit older models, but functioning. Spacious kitchen and dining area. Would definitely stay there again. “
