Beautiful home not taken care of

When arriving in Wednesday 8/21 to property the first floor bedroom had dirty towels under the bed, and the toilet had black dirt around it, some racks in the pantry were broken, the TVs did not work at all until Friday 8/23 and the living room TV could not be fixed until after we left because it needed to be replaced. Th ere as glass in the small area of the pool my guest got cut. The grill was broken theingnigtanmguest was cut

So fun!

We had a group of 23, and the size was perfect. The high chair was nice to have also! The pool was great. It’s a 5 min (max) walk to the beach. Close to everything. The golf cart seats 6 people and that was a hit. The area is very golf cart friendly and pedestrians on foot friendly. We brought our own chairs but there are some available to rent. No tents were allowed on the beach. The house, beach, area, was all so good. Would stay again!

Week in Miramar Beach

Our family of 15 had a great time and this house was very nice. only 1 block from the beach, easy access. Pool was a big hit with kids and adults. Plenty of rooms, very comfortable for a large group.. Used bikes and golf carts and was easy to get around.

Everyone enjoyed our family vacation. Accessing the beach was easy and with everything nearby. Also, we were impressed on how equipped the kitchen was. But we did have a problem with the downstairs bathroom not flushing and the pools filter was not functioning properly.

Poor property management company

The property was fine. The management company was the worst. Paid to have pool heated, no problem they said. Got there on Thursday evening, cold pool. I left voice-mail with property manager alerting them to the issue and I would call back Friday am. I called at 8, lady said she would get back to me when maintenance showed up at 9. Never heard from her so called back at 9:30, different lady who knew nothing about my previous call. She said same thing, will get ahold of maintenance. She did call back, said they would be right out. At 1:00 a manager lady showed up. She was great but knew absolutely nothing about pool heaters. She got on phone, someone with maintenance was having her install an app on her phone to troubleshoot the heater. Screen says it needs an igniter. She tells me maintence will be right out to fix it. 5:00 comes, no maintenance. I called manager back, she can't believe they haven't shown up. Get up Saturday and call her back for update. She tries to start heater remotely but of course itwont start, the igniter is out. She call me back shortly at 9 and says maintenace is on way over. He shows up at 1:00 finally and says igniter is out. No s___ buddy, that's what it has said on the readout screen for 2 days. He tells me he is going to get parts and will be back. 5: 00 comes and he hasn't been back. I called the Manger, She says he called and told her wouldn't be back till Monday before he insinuated to me he was coming back yet Saturday. Waited thru Sunday and called first thing Monday. Manager say he is on way over with part. 5:00 comes Monday and it's a no show. Contacted Tuesday AM and was told it's all squared away, he is on the way to fix. 5:00 comes Tueday and no show again. Left Wednesday Am. Heater needed a 10 minute fix and 6 days later when I left it was still inoperable. As I said, the property was very nice, but it's image is being tarnished by the worst property managent company I have ever come across.

The property was beautiful. The pool being down the whole week was not good!!!! It would be nice to have trash bags and more dishwasher pods provided. The golf cart and bikes were a plus!

Family of 16 all in one house for vacation

The property was clean, there were plenty of towels and toiletries were supplied to get out week started. The kitchen had a nice assortment of dishes etc for our group. The only thing that could have made our stay better was the number of chairs outside. There were 2 tables and one table did not have any chairs. The other table had a broken chair. The walk to the beach was short and we enjoyed the pool. We would enjoy staying at this property again.
