Overall the house was great size for our group. A few things we wish we knew was things that were not there. Things like spices, things you'd expect to see a little of. We had to go buy every little thing and were not allowed to leave anything behind. We really needed some shade in the pool area, good thing one member brought a pop up shade, it was really needed.

My family and I had a wonderful week staying here! The bed are comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked, the house was very clean and just a couple of minutes away from the beach. The beach access point is right down the street from the house! Management was easy to get in touch with and they took care of a couple of very minor issues immediately. We would definitely stay here again!

First of all, the house was amazing. We had a variety of ages and different families. The guest house was a bonus. Everyone felt like they had enough room to move around, but yet everyone was able to still be together. The location was amazing.

It was awesome! Great house, pool and hot tub! We loved how close it was to the beach! The kids enjoyed the game room. We loved that each bedroom was an en-suite. Overall we loved this property, by far the best house we have rented for vacation for our large extended family! The location and proximity to the beach was fantastic, as was the pool which was where we spent a great deal of our time. We had more than enough room for all of us, and the 4 king rooms with en suites on the main level were a huge bonus. The pool house was also extremely nice, which included a game room with all the amenities you see in the pictures. The kitchen is very well stocked with utensils and cooking gear. We cooked several meals and we had plenty of room for our whole group to sit at the table together. There are no condiments or anything of the sort as it likely all gets cleared in between visits but we had brought plenty of items from home and there is a grocery store very close by. The management of the property was extremely responsive to our questions both before and during our trip, and they were very pleasant to deal with. If we had to be picky or provide points of improvement, we would have liked to have a bit more control on the pool lights, jets, fountains, as the control panel was a bit confusing - but overall the pool is fantastic. The furniture in the main living room is getting a bit worn, but it did provide plenty of seating while we watched the Olympics. It is a tremendous property that we would definitely recommend and/or return to. Thank you!

Property was fantastic. 2nd time we have stayed in this house and it is great for 3-4 families with each set of adults having their own bed/bath and kids bunking up. Game room is super fun.

Beautiful house and great pool. Plenty of parking and the kids all loved the game room. House was clean and well supplied. We had an issue with the pool and spa and someone showed up very promptly. The rented beach chairs and umbrella were a nice addition.

The beach house was wonderful and even better than we expected. We visited with a group of 18 family members for our daughter’s senior trip and there was more than enough room for everyone! We had a couple of minor issues and they were addressed immediately. The maintenance staff was super helpful and friendly! The beach was so close and absolutely beautiful and the chair set up was a huge bonus! The kitchen was very well stocked and we loved that everything was labeled. We cooked almost everyday we were there and were never without anything. The game room was a huge hit with our large group of teens and young adults as was the pool. We loved this place and would absolutely return! Thanks for an amazing experience!

Wonderful property, well equipped. I was not familiar with the area so when I called before traveling to Florida and asked if we could use a golf cart if we rented them. I was told yes without making it clear to us that we would only be able to go down the street the house was on to the beach. Unable to leave the area in golf cart. Other than that everything was perfect

It was a great property just as it shows in the pictures! We had 10 adults and 12 kids and there was space for everyone! The pool was AMAZING and the proximity to the beach was perfect!

Very impressed with the Boomerang property. We had five family’s with a total of 26 people and had lots of room. Each adult couple had their own private king room suites. The house was very clean and had all the initial amenities were supplied. Check in and communication with management was great. We had the pool heated which for April temps in the mid 70’s was greatly appreciated. The only issue was that maintenance had to replace a part for the pool heat the day we arrived. The pool was not completely warm by arrival but was still enjoyed. Management called us with the issue before our arrival and everything was perfect the next day. The kids spent the whole time in the pool when at the house. The pool and hot tub were great size and was used almost constantly when at the house. The kitchen had everything needed. Though, could use a couple more hot pads as we only had one. The private beach was beautiful and we used the provided chair and umbrella. The game room was also a great feature with lots to do. The video golf game was a huge hit with the kids. The neighborhood was very quiet while we were there. We enjoyed ourselves so much and hope to return next year here! I highly recommend this property. I can’t say enough good things about Boomerang!
