One of the standout features of this home is access to rare private beach amenities. Emerald Shores is one of the few communities in the area offering a private deeded beach with an exclusive beach pavilion, complete with restrooms, picnic tables, and a seasonal short-order bar—a true luxury along the 30A and Miramar Beach vacation rental market. Guests also enjoy access to two community pools, seasonal beach tram, a tennis and pickleball court, and a basketball goal, making it perfect for both relaxation and recreation. Gibson provides two lightweight beach chairs and an umbrella inside each unit, and beach chair rentals are available for an additional fee from the beach vendor.

Each level includes a full bathroom for added comfort and convenience.

Seasonal Armband Policy (March 12 – October 31):
Guests age 12 and older are required to purchase and wear armbands for access to the private beach pavilion, beach access, and community pool areas.
Cost: $30 per home/per week; not included in booking quote.
Armbands are available for purchase directly at the beach pavilion.
