The team is extremely friendly, proactive, and helpful, always going the extra mile with a smile. The food selection is fantastic, offering a wide range of top quality options for every taste and beautifully presented. A very special highlight: I needed a quiet room for an important meeting, and when I asked, the team immediately offered me a suite free of charge for the meeting. This level of service attitude, flexibility, and generosity is truly exceptional and rare. We highly, highly recommend NIIRA Hotel and its location to anyone visiting Mirissa Beach. "Sehr gute Lage, lediglich eine Straße muss passiert werden, um am Strand zu sein. Mit dem Zimmer waren wir zufrieden, ein kleiner Punkt zur Verbesserung gibt es: Bitte beim Frühstück vorher kurz fragen, was man essen möchte und nicht immer das volle Programm hinstellen. Dadurch könnte vermieden werden, das einiges übrig bleibt, was sicherlich entsorgt werden muss."

"Das Zimmer war funktional - großes Bett mit guter Matratzze und richtiger Bettwäsche und Moskitonetz. Kühlschrank, 2 Deckenventilaoren und Klimaanlage. großes Badezimmer mit guten Sanitäranlagen, Dusche mit Warmwasser. Alles wurde regelmäßig gereinigt und gewechselt. Die Besitzer waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit bei allen Fragen und Wünschen. Täglich gab es frisch zubereitetes lokales Frühstück. Ruhige Lage, 5 minuten Gehweg zum Hauptstrand von Mirissa. Immer wieder gerne"

"Wir haben zuerst die falsche Zimmerkategorie bekommen obwohl das Hotel so gut wie leer war. Dann roch das erste zimmer auch schimmlig und das zweite zimmer wurde stark eingesprüht das es nicht schimmlig riecht. Wir waren die einzigen die dort gefrühstückt haben und die 5€ sollte man auch lieber sparen und woanders dafür essen gehen. Es hat nicht geschmeckt und mein teller wurde abgeräumt als ich noch gekaut habe und ein Toast in der Hand hatte. "
