« Clean rooms, comfy beds, food was good,staff was very friendly, will stay there again »

« There was no hot water in the room I stayed in took me 20 mins to check in no staff at the front counter the room was clean but there was no microwave in the room »

« Holes in the walls, vandals hanging around outside and it’s 11pm outside the front entrance and the staff allowed it. Loud parties in the main entrance on the 19th with people yelling when I just drove 8 hours and I was exhausted. »

« Construction going on, randoms(may have been workers no uniforms)sitting on phone on stairwell no cameras by the way. Someone was sitting by our room door charging their phone in an outlet. Drink machine did not work in breakfast area but room was nice and clean »

« We traveled 8 hours for a funeral and arrived at 1:30pm. We were hoping for an early check in but were told that no king rooms had been cleaned yet. The clerk took my phone number and said that she would call when a room became available, but we never got a call. « The room smelled of smoke. There is NO ventilation in the bathroom soo the ceiling had moisture damage. Consequently, the floor leading to the bathroom was very slick which could cause a fall. The breakfast was free for a reason because it was awful. The lobby/dining area was nice but the rooms are in desperate need of updating. Finally, there was a lot of loitering in the parking lot. « The place was over all RELAXING. It’s in a very quiet area. You don’t hear outside traffic or noise. I will definitely be back just for a relaxing stay. It was clean, the breakfast was fresh and good. Overall just a wonderful experience. »

« Seems like it was great in its heyday but on the downswing. Valet services were definitely understaffed at peak times making valet fees well-overpriced. Indigents constantly panhandling around the hotel making it pretty scary after dark. Two of three elevators were out of order increasing elevator wait times at a very busy hotel. »

« Didn't have an opportunity to partake of breakfast. My room was toward the end of hall, therefore the parking lot in backside was nore accessible. Me being a female I didn't feel safe parking at night on that side. The trash being is right there at door & my key didn't work to allow me in quickly. »
