« We visited during a fully booked weekend and our room was ready upon arrival. Front desk was extremely friendly and helpful, getting the long line checked in very quickly. Room was perfectly clean, very quiet and beds were very comfortable and clean. Housekeeping and kitchen staff was very friendly and helpful when we interacted. Would definitely stay here again. »

« The staff was courteous, friendly and helpful. Greeted us upon entry and exiting. The breakfast was hot, basic, but not really satisfying. The hotel was fairly clean but the carpet has an odor and the furniture could use a good cleaning and just routine maintenance on the windows coverings too. In the hallway there are scent sprayers that smell fine, but the scent only goes 6 or 7 feet from the sprayer then it's back to the dirty carpet smell. I've stayed at a Hyatt hotel before and this...
