Come relax and settle into my comfortable, clean, private and unique forest home. Jane's Place is a small family run business, hosting families in NW Montana since 2005.

My home in Pattee Canyon is private, borders State land & is newly renovated (except 1980's bathroom :). Enjoy the peace and tranquility Pattee Canyon, while only 15 minutes from the heart of Downtown Missoula, the University District, The Hip Strip, Southgate Mall or just about any spot you need to get to.

The entire upstairs of my home is open for your use, 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. The laundry area is downstairs and you are welcome to use it during your stay, but no use of the basement area is allowed. It is a private area, no hanging out, laundry only, thanks. This private area of my home has security.
Our back patio area is large, private & gaveled. A beautiful outdoor space for enjoying your morning beverage with the hummingbirds, B-B-Qing, sunbathing, hot tubbing and did I mention relaxing with a good book?

The Vibe: Relaxed, Casual, shoe & pet free. We are a great stop off, with all our parking, if you want to drop in with your boat on the way to Flathead Lake.
Special things to note:

** We do NOT allow pets of any type, including service animals. This is my primary residence and I am allergic.
** This is not a party house, no visitors, only registered guests.
** My home is not suitable for children under the age of 14, infants or folks with mobility issues. Glass, uneven surfaces, throw rugs, stairs and high ledges.
** You are renting the upstairs of my home ONLY. Laundry is downstairs and you are welcome to use it, all supplies as well, but no other use of the downstairs is allowed. There is security monitoring that area.
**An in person check in is required. I do not reside on the property while you are here.
** No smoking
***We are 100% shoe free, We ask that you leave your street shoes at the door AT ALL TIMES because of our graveled areas & cleanliness. We are a 100% shoe free home, no hiking boots ever. Shoe treads hold gravel, severely damaging the new hardwood floors. Flip flops are ok, check your treads :) Thanks a million!! During the cooler months, feel free to remove your shoes in the kitchen, leave your shoes on the hearth.

**HOT TUB: PLEASE shower and rinse well before using the tub, clothes optional, it's very private here, you are safe. Soaps and dyes in your clothing are terrible for our spa. Rinsing well maintains a nice clean spa thru-out your stay. Lotions, makeup, hair products and perfumes pollute the system. NO glass, shoes, street clothes, T shirts, cut offs.
**The spa is drained, cleaned and sanitized between every guest stay, please follow the directions we leave for you and CALL, by phone, if you have any questions or there's an issue. thanks! Because of cleanings, the tub may not be quite up to temp upon your arrival, it should be good within a few hours.
I will show the registered guest how to sanitize after each use upon arrival. This property requires an in person check in.

**Security & Safety: We have outdoor doorbell cams and the private area downstairs is monitored. We have smoke, water, noise & carbon monoxide monitors as well.
