Went in rang bell 4 times, no response. Called got message machine. Finally another person walks in and rings bell.
Manager Patel walks in goes straight by me and goes to coffee machine, fills up his coffee then casually walks around me and decides to acknowledge my presents. You can see it was recently remodeled but based on from desk area it wonât be long before it goes downhill. »

« Loved the best western close to the things we needed to be by. The pool is indoors in the lobby so it can echo and be a little loud when youâre in your room but overall great stay. Staff was lovely. »
