« Found this place by chance as we were looking for somewhere near Wrexham and we were so glad we did. Loved the tranquil setting. Jenny was great and provided help when needed. « We stayed in Tuilip Lodge for 4 nights as a little break visiting relatives in the locality. The lodge was bigger than expected and we loved the quiet countryside location There is a steep driveway up to the top of the hill it was worth it for the views. We explored the local area around Llangollen, Shrewsbury and had a day out to Chester which was about 50 minutes drive away. There are also plenty of pubs and restaurants nearby which saved cooking! « Loved the area and how well it’s kept. It was walking distance to the beach and arcades, beautiful scenery. The people were lovely and helpful. We were able to get all our shopping that we needed there too. Definitely recommend the place. We went when the area was quiet so it was peaceful. Plan to go back when it’s busy too for a different atmosphere. »
