Dog allowed, parking available in this centrally located hotel in Monchengladbach. People talking in surrounding street late in evening and still when I got up around 6.30; it was quiet in room though. Room and the whole hotel seemed recently renovated, decorated. Room was spacious and very clean, good bed, with welcome bottle of water. Bathroom very clean as well, but getting hot...
