« Sea Joy definitely brought us JOY. This was the best! We arrived just in time to check in at 4 pm. The home was freshly cleaned. It was immaculate. It was exactly as described. Great communication. Just a text away .Answers back quickly. The back porch was the best. You sit in a rocker and look out onto a little pond with a beautiful fountain. « Perfect house for an (almost) weeklong stay over New Years. Celebrated my wife’s milestone birthday with our 5 adult children and one fiancée. So 8 adults (2 couples and 4 singles). Sleeping arrangements were great for that size party. House was in good shape. FYI - TV package was limited. Had to buy a Roku to get ESPN, so if that’s important to you, plan ahead. Whole family loves Isle of Palms and this is a terrific location in Wild Dunes. »

« Check in and check out instructions were clear. The house was clean and more than enough room for the 2 of us(6 people would be more than comfortable). Also location was great. « This house was everything that we wanted and more. The house was so clean and spacious! The decks overlooking the lake were amazing places to sit and relax. You couldn’t even tell that it was in the middle of town. The only thing to be aware of is parking. This house sleeps quite a few people and there are only 2 assigned parking spaces. There are 2 guest spaces but those were usually taken. My advice would be to try and travel together in as few vehicles as possible. Other than parking, this...

« It was great but the “house” was not entirely what we expected. It was a duplex in a neighborhood with many, many more duplexes but that being said, it was quiet and close to downtown. We really enjoyed our visit to Charleston. The property was clean and well kept. Could use a couple of comfortable chairs in the living room but we weren’t really there to hang out too much at the property. For the price and location, it was a great place. We enjoyed ourselves. »
