This is our second visit to this hotel and it did not disappoint. Staff was friendly and welcoming. The hotel was clean and the bed was comfortable. We will be back when we travel to visit family!

The beds and pillows are wonderful. Marriott rocks! There was hair in the shower. They charged us over the receipt amount of $41 and change.

The room was big and spacious. The shower didn’t have a door or a exhaust fan so it made it cold when showering. However the pool was very small. Overall I would give the hotel a 4/5.

Better than average
The upsides are: the staff were all amiable and helpful, and breakfast in the lobby was always good, hot, and fresh. The coffee was freshly brewed and perfectly hot. The downside was our room never got cleaned during a 4-night stay, and we had to keep asking for more towels daily. Also, the pillows are terrible - as soon as you lay your head down, the pillow flattens like a pancake.

I would like to sincerely apologize for the housekeeping concerns you experienced. Since the pandemic, hotels are pretty much request only for housekeeping services. When checking into the hotel, you can ask for service daily, or every other day. Whatever works best for you. I hope this will not deter you from staying with us with any future travel plans that bring you back to the Monroe area!

Great hotel! Staff is friendly and helpful. Our heat was not working upon arrival in our room, but the maintenance person quickly fixed it. Very nice place to stay. The only complaint I have is that the water pressure in the shower was Terrible. This is the second time the shower water pressure was bad out of 3 separate stays at this property. Other than that, I love this property!

Home Sweet Home On the Road
Made me feel like I was at home sweet and sound. Everything went great. Receptionist in morning of departure put me in the Marriott program so I could get free rooms and build points. I would and will be staying again

What a nice hotel! Very clean, friendly and helpful staff, breakfast was good! Our room was 126 right off of the lobby and it was very noisy and hard to sleep.

We have a wonderful stay at TownPlace! The room was clean, bathroom was very clean which rarely happens! The staff at check in and check out were friendly!
