« Très petite chambre remplie d’objets vintage inutiles. Pas de télécommande de tv , chauffage très bruyant se déclanchant régulièrement, pas de chauffage ni de ventilation dans la salle de bien très ancienne. »

« The Herren House is historic and meets all of the charm of a house that old. The location was absolutely perfect to walk to town for shopping and meals. It was very clean but dated. The check-in was seamless, automated, but impersonal. The room was spacious but chilly. Additional blankets and a rug or drapes to close would add to the warmth. I'd stay there again but plan on the chilly room better. »

« Place was a ghost town. Tun didn’t drain, split system and sunlight made the room very bright at night. Beds were good, check in with code was easy, construction next door, found screws in the parking lot. »

« We had high hopes, but were let down. We were in the middle of an 18 hour drive and stopped for the night to take a break. Our goal was hot showers and restful sleep. We booked a room and completed check-in online in advanced. We had three adults. The check-in window is extremely hard to hear through. The bathroom had one small bar of soap. The toilet paper roll was almost fully used. There was hair stuck to the wall opposite the sink. The beds were painfully hard. The floor was squishy in...

« Room was clean with very comfortable bed and pillows. Smaller room but very nice. Dinner and bourbon bar was very good with nice selection. Comes with free breakfast which is home made eggs bacon and biscuits and gravy and a few sides. Way better than the same usual hotel breakfast. Staff was amazing with the personal keys to the castle feel »
