« The staff was professional, helpful and made us feel very welcome. I had a concern about booking a pet friendly room and Jamie made me feel very comfortable with this room selection since rooms were limited when I booked. They were also helpful in providing restaurant recoomendations. The breakfast was lovely. Very flavorful. Overall we enjoyed our stay here very much and would highly recommend this Inn. »

« The room was ok, bed was comfortable, bath wasn't the greatest, but we only slept there, so for the price it was fine. Just outside was a little messy and junky. Parking lot gravel needed help. The staff were great, taking us to our room and starting the AC for us. Was a cute lodge, just a little messy outside. »

« They only give one pillow per person. I thought I was sleeping in a prison bed 😜. The bed wasn’t comfortable and my body ache. The property is nice. They don’t have a pool , but a “beach”. We stopped by and visited it , but didn’t actually hang out there. Also, the door to the bathroom is a sliding farmhouse door with no lock. The ceiling isn’t straight, so there is about a 6 inch opening when you go to the bathroom because it is very hard to close the bathroom door, with the door falling off...

« This was an older property but it was quaint and super clean. The owner was so friendly and personable. She showed us around and made herself available for whatever we needed. The waterfall was right outside our room and it glowed at night under blue lights. It was exactly as pictured. We loved it and we will definitely come back! »

« What a wonderful stay at the Dancing Bear Lodge and Gateway to the Smoky Mountains. Wonderful location, great accommodations and the feel of staying in the mountains. We loved it. »
