« We had such a wonderful time at The Elk Lodge during our 8 day stay. It was the 'perfect formula' for us, our adult children and young grandchildren, (ages 4-9).Located at the top of a mountain, the description given was very accurate. I just can't say enough about the hosts! They deserve an A in hospitality, design, decor, and a very well kept home, grounds, and responded immediately to any concerns, which were minimal and quickly resolved. « This is a great house. Chris's group really thought of everything to make a stay here welcoming and accommodating. We enjoyed hanging out and cooking our own meals here as much as anything. The porches and yard made it so relaxing it was hard to get too ambitious. With kids it will be a bit more active which the house is ready to accommodate also. I look forward to returning with the whole brood!!! »
