« Location was a bit hard to find at first, especially since we are not Italian and were driving ourselves, but we got it. Parking was a little challenging but we were able to get a spot on the street not too far away.
The apartment was very clean and had what we needed for our 2 night stay. Communication with them about our arrival time, travel documents, and after hour check in access was all done in WhatsApp with quick responses from them. Location was a bit far from the sights but we did...

« Not sure if it was just because it was September but there seemed to be a mosquito infestation. I killed at least 3 while I stayed there and still woke up being bit.
Also the shower does not stay a stable temperature. If you're in there for long enough it will randomly change temp on you and you have to fiddle with it to get it right again. This will happen multiple times if you take long showers. »

It was badly needed to be cleaned.
No one came to clean the room throughout our stay. We called almost every day to complain to the representative at the hotel were they were available only in the morning, they said to come to the the hotel to talk with the representative, but we were going on excursions every morning early.
