Hi Dee We greatly appreciate your feedback and we take every guests complains into consideration and try to improve out property The reservation that you booked was for a duplex room, the duplex rooms does not come with a refrigerator nor stove, It stated on the website that some of the rooms are air-conditioned and some rooms have a ceiling fan and a wall fan .Please check your reservation again Takuma Boutique Hotel Villa Suites is 1.6 miles from all the major hotels. All our foods are organic and freshly picked each day. We are not your typical big box Hotel who serve frozen food. Thanks
