GENERAL AIRBNB RULES

It is mandatory to read the rules before making the reservation.

1. The property must be returned in the same condition it was received.
2. No loud noise, especially after 10 pm. A fine will be applied after the first warning.
3. Only guests and visitors registered on the platform and notified to the host will be granted access. For security and building access protocols, please send a photo of each guest`s and visitor`s official ID through the Airbnb chat, which will be requested at reception to verify identity and grant access to the building.
4. No parties or wandering outside the apartment with open alcoholic beverages.
5. No eating or drinking on sofas and beds. If they are stained, an additional cleaning or replacement charge will apply.
6. Towels and/or sheets will be charged if they get stained, whether from makeup or other substances.
7. No smoking inside the apartment.
8. If any damage to furniture and/or inventory is observed, it must be reported to the host as soon as possible.
9. Only use the designated parking spot.
10. Air conditioners must be turned off when leaving the apartment.
11. No pets allowed. Service pets must be approved by the host.
12. The amenity rules must be respected.
13. Keys and/or cards should be left in the designated location as instructed by the host. Check-out must be by 12:00 pm; if you leave after the time without prior authorization, an additional charge of $500 MXN will apply.

GENERAL BUILDING AND AMENITIES RULES

1. The use of amenities must be notified to the host 24 hours in advance and is subject to prior reservation and cost, if applicable.
2. Respect the rules of each amenity, which are indicated in the folder inside the apartment and shown in the listing photos.
3. Respect the common areas of the building. The guest will be financially responsible for any damage caused.
4. Explicit exposure in hallways and/or balconies is prohibited.

FINES

Violating any point in both regulations may result in fines ranging from $1,500 MXN to $20,000 MXN.

Couch, rug, and/or mattress stains: $2,500 MXN, as previously quoted by the cleaning company ChemDry. If the stain is not removed, the full cost of the item will be charged.

Stained linens: $800 MXN per sheet set, $500 MXN per towel, and $1,500 MXN per duvet.

Damage or loss of furniture and inventory: Value of the item (If not reported to the host, an additional charge of $1,000 MXN will apply).

Property damage: Cost of materials + Cost of labor + $1,500 MXN for repair time.

Lost keys and/or cards: Replacement charge of $500 MXN.
