« Belle villa moderne avec lits confortables. Par contre, il y avait énormément d'insectes dans la villa car la porte principale ne ferme pas étanchement. Tous les insectes passent facilement sous la porte et nous avons dû mettre une serviette pour bloquer ce trou. Au Costa Rica, c'est normal d'avoir des insectes mais là, c'était vraiment intense! Les planchers étaient sals et n'avaient pas été lavés. Je ne retournerais pas à cet endroit. »

« This is dream vacation spot! We loved every minute! A bit of a splurge, but worth every penny! The accommodations were pristine and beautiful. The host immediately took care of the little problem we had and it was seamless. We spent almost every minute in the pool area. So beautiful and refreshing! The heated pool in the evening was perfect. Both "master" bedrooms/ bathroomswere incredible! »

« I recently stayed 3 nights at Villa Floresta Monteverde, and it was a fantastic experience. The villa is located in a very quiet area, offering complete privacy—you don’t notice the neighbors at all. « Wow! What a wonderful property, we did not want to leave. So comfortable and luxurious, with beautiful verandah and an outside bathtub and shower. Our teenagers loved it too, gorgeous pool area and comfortable rooms and great kitchen. We also so enjoyed viewing toucans, humming birds and other wildlife right from our porch. Good WiFi and netflix etc. Laundry also done for us. Overall a brilliant stay! »

« When they say that 4x4 with high clearance is required, it is no joke. At least if you turn from Rt 142 driving from Monteverde. 6km of off roading at crawl speed. Fun if you are prepared. The road from the opposite direction is better paved, but you would still feel more comfortable in a SUV. Google does not estimate driving time on bad roads correctly. « If you want a quiet, isolated camping type experience, this is the spot! Roof over your head, cold AC, washroom and outdoor tub with an unbeatable view of Arenal.
