« We were visiting friends at Welsh Mountain Cider an this was a convenient location for us. The house was clean and cosy and easy to find. Everything was as described. Check in was easy. Parking easy. Next door to Mount Inn. This suited us perfectly. However this may not be comfortable for some handicapped people. »

« This is a lovely place to stay, a hidden gem. My only comment would be that we did object to some banging the door and trying to get in at 8:30 this morning. Then as we wouod packing up to leave at around half 10, the same bloke was sat leaning against the front window. Told us he was waiting to clean the place! Him aside we enjoyed our stay »

"C’est dommage, l’hôtel est beau, la vue est à coupé de souffle et la chambre était grande. Mais les fournitures sont trop vieille, la salle de bain délabré, la chaise d’eau ne fonctionne pas. Les parties communes sont usées, il faut changer les moquettes, il y a des insectes mort partout, dans la chambre et le restaurant, ce nést pas ce qu’on attend d’un hôtel 4 étoiles. Personne a l’accueil quand on est arrivé, on nous envoie au Spa pour l’ascenseur, personne pour nous renseigner. Décevant pour le prix. Par contre le petit déjeuner est merveilleux !"
