« We love this place! It was spotlessly clean upon our arrival. We call it our campus cottage, as it has a wonderful cottage feel and it's an easy , quick 7 minute drive to FSU campus where our grandson was attending band camp. Our hosts couldn't have been more thoughtful and kind. We're looking forward to our next visit. Thank you. »

« older home needs a little updating with decor and maintenance. We could not sit in living room all together and watch a movie comfortably because couch was small and no other furniture. Outdoor table is small and a little dangerous. beds were comfortable but could use headboards to make it look homey. Front steps could be power washed We have stayed in a lot of Rentals and this one is ok but with a little Pinterest it could be much better. »

« I’m not saying this is a lush resort but it was ideal for us. We were in Tallahassee for the regional baseball tournament. Getting back and forth to the games was so easy. With 3 of the 4 of us being 6’ or taller we needed 2 king beds. I highly recommend this place for game weekends. »

« Stay overall was good. The interior of the house was nicely decorated with ample privacy and space. Good location, but driveway needs to be repaired. Big cracks and missing concrete in the driveway is a big hazard for twisted ankle or fall. Also, getting into and out of the driveway is very difficult, especially with tree branches blocking road visibility to exit out of driveway. Broken driveway concrete makes it very difficult to enter driveway from road with a very large dip. »

« We had a very nice stay at Quail Cottage. It was perfect for our needs. We were there for a weekend. The location is in a nice neighborhood and very close to the quaint downtown area and convenient to everything else. Thank you. »

« It was very easy to check in and check out. The place was very clean, spacious, and in a great area. The yard was beautiful. We would definitely book again. »

« Dot is an amazing host! We evacuated here from Hurricane Milton but had an enjoyable visit. Highly recommend! Both beds and baths are upstairs and must climb incline and steps to get inside, so not recommended if stairs aren't easy for you. Otherwise a great place to stay! »

« the house is dated and wasn’t super clean(hairs in bathtub, stains on couches, backyard covered in trash) but it was cheap and we only stayed one night. »
