« Nice place to stay »

« Pool was closed and that was not revealed until after reservation was made. When I made the reservation I was told that the breakfast buffet was included but actually it is $ 15.00 per person. There was no conditioner in our bathroom and I asked for it twice but it was never provided. »

« The staff was super friendly. The motel is close to everything yet quiet. Room was clean and looked recently updated. The only concern (not a complaint), the pool area may need some tlc to match the rest of the motel. My family and i will definitely stay again. ❤️ »

« Maid left our door open, we had items taken and have had zero follow up from the hotel nearly 4 days later. When reported to the front desk staff, she was rude and unhelpful- seemed to care O%. I have had to email and call corporate to even find out what the policy is for this. Terrible customer service from the front desk- had she handled things better and shown any concern for over 2k in missing property, I’d not have been as mad. We stay Mariotts all the time and this hotel was poorly...

« We had a two day stay. Checking in was pretty easy. Our room had to see better days. The mattress had stains on it, the ceiling looks like something exploded on it and walls looked like they were in the middle of taking down wall paper. The bathtube/shower had rust. The beds were somewhat comfortable. »
