C'est un appartement très beau et très agréable qui est situé vraiment au centre de la splendide ville de Montpellier. Nous recommandons à tout le monde de passer un séjour à Montpellier et dans cet appartement! Avec sa vue sur une place typique de la ville, son intérieur élégant et son équipement moderne, l'appartement propose la possibilité de se reposer et de participer à la vie de la ville en même temps. Florence et son mari sont des personnes très accueillants et très gentils, ça fait toujours du plaisir de les revoir! Merci beaucoup :-) Eine sehr schöne und sehr angenehme Wohung, die sich wirklich im Zentrum der wundervollen Stadt Montpellier befindet. Wir empfehlen allen wärmstens einen Aufenthalt in dieser Wohnung und in Montpellier! Die Wohnung bietet nicht nur eine schöne Sicht auf einen typischen Platz der Stadt, sondern ebenfalls ein elegantes Interieur und eine zeitgemässe Einrichtung. Somit ist es möglich, sich gleichzeitig zu erholen und am Stadtleben teilzunehmen. Florence und ihr Mann sind ausserordentlich gastfreundliche und herzliche Menschen - es macht immer Freude sie wiederzusehen! Vielen herzlichen Dank für alles!

Wir waren sehr begeistert von der Wohnung, der Lage und den angenehmen u. unkomplizierten Vermietern
Die Wohnung ist ideal für Familien bis zu 2 Kindern. Die Lage ist top. Alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Tolle Bäckerei direkt im Nachbargebäude. Gute Restaurants in der Straße. Sehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig erreichbar. Öffentliche Tiefgarage in 30 m bequem erreichbar. Schöne Cafés in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir planen unseren nächsten Herbsturlaub wieder dort zu verbringen, das sagt doch alles, oder?

Sehr geschmackvolle Wohnung in perfekter Lage
Die Wohnung liegt in der verkehrsberuhigten Altstdt von Montpellier, in einem alten Haus, direkt unter dem Dach. Das Wohn-Esszimmer hat kein Gegenüber, so dass man sehr gut das Treiben auf der Straße beobachten kann und es auch sehr sonnig ist. Die Wohnung ist neu, perfekt und sehr geschmackvoll renoviert. In der Küche findet man alles, was man braucht. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Auch der Kontakt zu den Vermietern, die im selben Haus wohnen war total unkompliziert und die beiden waren sehr freundlich. Wir haben eine Woche dort verbracht und uns ausgesprochen wohl gefühlt.

Felt like family in Montpellier
We were warmly greeted upon our arrival by Florence and Michel. We immediately felt at home. They took care to explain how everything worked in the apartment and directed us to the covered market so we could pick up a few things for dinner. The apartment is beautiful and has a well stocked kitchen including a salad spinner! Coffee and tea were available and a washing machine. There are a lot of stairs but the stairs didn’t take away from our visit. Everything to see in the old section is in walking distance. We loved the location. Parking was convenient but we suggest getting by with the smallest rental car as the parking garage is narrow. We would highly recommend this apartment and if we are back in the area we would love to stay again.

Great Location and Wonderful Apartment

Long weekend in Montpellier
Stayed here for a long weekend in March. Could not have chosen a better place. Better than any hotel. Prefer self catering and this suited us very well. Close to Rue Foch and Arc de Triomphe ..thus very central with easy access to trams. A little noisy at weekends as bar/cafes nearby but didn't disturb us. 2 Michelin star restaurants on same street/passageway if you are into that kind of thing. Would definitely return in the future. Owners very friendly.

Very nice apartment
It was a really pretty apartment, nice location (+-10 minutes from the center). Very nice and helpful owners. We really liked our stay here! The only thing was that the advert said there was a parking place, but you had to park the car in a public parking, that was a bit expensive. Overall I recommend the apartment!! :)

Bonne adresse
Florence et Michel ont le sens de l'accueil. Décoré avec goût, leur appartement est bien situé dans une rue calme du quartier historique proche du tram. Pas besoin de voiture vu la qualité du réseau de transports urbains de Montpellier. On a très envie de revenir.

Comfy, modernized historic apartment in the very heart of Montpellier.
This surprisingly spacious apartment would fit 4 quite comfortably. There's a modern, well appointed kitchen (under well-restored 300 year-old roof beams) 2 showers, a separate WC, and views, views, views! We enjoyed watching a French TV series being filmed right outside on two mornings. The lovely proprietors are right on site and even insisted on carrying my suitcase up 3 flights of stairs. They also stocked the fridge with milk for my tea. There's fantastic, original art on the walls (collage and acrylic) and cheerful linens on the beds. This building is right next door to one of the best traditional boulangeries in Montpellier, so enjoy! I highly recommend this delightful property!

Appartement calme au coeur du vieux Montpellier
Nous avons passé 4 nuits dans l'appartement du palais. L'espace pour 4 est correct avec 2 chambres (1 chambre avec 2 lits indépendants assez spacieuse et 1 chambre parentale plus étroite avec sa douche privative) , 1 espace salle à manger/salon et une petite cuisine ouverte. Haut de plafond, chauffage électrique. Les + : très bien situé dans le quartier de l'Ecusson, on peut tout faire à pieds et on est très vite sur la place de la Comédie, tout en profitant d'un environnement tranquille; appartement calme au dernier étage (3ème sans ascenseur) ; Mme Combet, la propriétaire est très réactive et répond à toutes les questions. Les - : la 2ème salle d'eau ne comprend qu'une douche (pas de lavabo) mais c'est quand même pratique; vaisselle un peu limitée ; quelques finitions à revoir.

Fantastic apartment in the heart of the historic quarter
My family and I stayed for three nights in August 2017 and this really is an excellent base for a family of four. The apartment is beautiful- old beams feature in the living area and there's the sweetest little window in the ensuite shower. It's within easy reach of many restaurants and historic sites. Highly recommended and the owner was friendly and helpful. A great place to stay.

Authentiek appartement op top locatie
Het appartement was nog beter dan we verwacht hadden. Het ligt in een aangename buurt met antiquairs, om de hoek een pleintje met veel groen en een vijftal terrasjes. Het uitzicht kan niet beter : je ziet hoe beneden het leven zich afspeelt op straat. Er valt veel licht en zon binnen en de inrichting is funktioneel. Het centrum is goed bereikbaar te voet of met de tram. 's Avonds was het soms wat fris en konden we de verwarming aanzetten. Mijn vriendin en ik hadden elk een eigen slaapkamer en we genoten van het interieur met de oude balken. We voelden ons er echt thuis. De eigenaars waren heel vriendelijk. We kunnen dit adres zeker aanbevelen.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine, le soleil et les températures élevées pour la saison y ayant certainement aussi contribué. La location est très bien situé dans le centre de Montpellier. La prestation est conforme à l'annonce. Les + : la situation, l'agencement, la luminosité, les literies (excellentes) Le petit - : il manque un peu de vaisselle dont une essoreuse à salade

Très bel appartement parfaitement situé, avec vue dégagée sur une petite place animée le jour mais assez calme la nuit, très propre, bien équipé. Intérieur à la fois moderne, authentique et chaleureux. À deux pas de la boulangerie et des restos. Accueil sympathique des propriétaires. Idéal pour une famille de quatre, dans un des quartiers les plus agréables de la vielle ville. Stationnement tout près et facile d'accès. Nous avons eu un excellent séjour!

Veldig hyggelig og fresh leilighet, super beliggenhet like ved Peyrou-parken, flere hyggelige kafeer rett rundt hjørnet, men samtidig lite bråk. Vertskapet, Florence og Marcel, er veldig søte og hyggelige! Eneste som trakk litt ned, var at det ikke ble vasket eller skiftet sengetøy eller håndklær, vi måtte be om nytt og skifte selv...

Lovely apartment and superb location
My daughter and I stayed here for 4 nights. Located in the old town in an old building, this apartment has all the modern conveniences. There is no elevator so you must be able to manage your luggage up three floors. The bedrooms are spacious and the beds very comfortable. Two showers was a bonus. The bakery was just next door. We really enjoyed this location for a stay in Montpellier.

We have spent a month in this apartment twice. The listing is very accurate, and the price more than reasonable. It is in an excellent location, just off the historic Place de la Canourgue. It is just within the medieval center, so everything there is within easy walking distance. The apartment is well appointed, clean and well maintained, with a kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bath. The boulangerie next door is one of the best in the city. There are many restaurants nearby-try especially L'Atypik, which is owned by the landlords' son. The owners are very friendly and helpful. The train station is about 10 minutes away on foot, and Place de la Comedie even closer. When the new tram line opens (July 2016), it will be even easier to get from the train station to the apartment. One thing to note-it is on the 4th (American) floor, 3rd (French) without an elevator.
