Upon arrival 1st floor bathroom sink was not draining well, 2nd floor bathroom tub does not drain well hot and cold water are reversed sink water is also reversed. Missing sheet rock in dining room. « We had a great stay at the August Apartment. Nichole was a wonderful host and was so quick to respond to any questions we had (and even answered most before we would have even thought to ask). The apartment was cozy and clean and was perfect for what my family wanted to do. It was such a calm 12 minute drive to Mystic Aquarium without needing I-95 and 14 minutes to Misquamicut. « Shaun was very helpful and provided us information about restaurants and activities. And the location of his property was within walking distance of restaurants and shops. We highly recommend the Caption Daniel Packer Inne for dining and the Argis for sailing. We really enjoyed our comfy stay at Shaun’s property. Plus, he provided snacks for our stay. »

« This was my first experience with staying in a VRBO. The location provided the perfect setting for a girls' trip. Having a kitchen was a great treat. The cozy living room provided a welcome place for morning coffee and chats. Appreciated the tv options. Enjoyed seeing the daffodils coming to life and imagine the yard is very pretty when more of the flowers are in bloom. Thank you! »
