« Property is on the edge of a bay with a beach, off the Great Ocean Road, thus no traffic noise, and is on a no thru traffic street! The beach area is being renovated with flowers and trees, will be ready this summer 2024, couldn’t be better location: all restaurants and grocery store on next block! »
