« The house was great. But I highly recommend you evaluate each room before you leave. I was charged an exorbitant additional cleaning fee, once he provided the picture to show what it was I understood an additional fee, but the amount was excessive. »

« Communication was good, and the stay was nice. The listing, however, was not clear that one of the bedrooms did not have a true bed in it. It has a small couch that folds down to a small bed. This small green couch can be seen in the photos in an image labeled as "living room". Otherwise, no complaints! »

« This is a great find! We were visiting NDSU. It was a quick walk to campus. It was cute house that was clean, comfortable, and had a lot of nice accessible extras. The hot tub was a huge bonus. The owner had the hot tub ready to go as soon as we arrived. I loved having a full basket of hot tub towels close to the entrance. There was a washer and dryer in the basement and we used it to wash/dry our suits when we were done. It sure is nice having dry suits to pack up when you leave. There was...

« Dirty sheets, shower curtain, rug in sitting room filthy. Outside was full of weeds. Garage was filled with stinking garbage. On the plus side it was a great location. Far too expensive for what you get. If you had to sleep in the basement you would have nightmares. »

« The home is beautifully maintained and well supplied. The neighborhood is accessible to everything, very laid back and quiet and full of well behaved college kids.....I'd totally recommend staying here if you need a place in the, Fargo area. »
