« Bedrooms and living spaces were really nice. Very quiet residence on the end of a cul-de-sac. There were a few cleanliness issues like a _full_ outside trash can that clearly hadn't been dealt with in awhile - super fun to try to stuff a small bag of trash into other peoples' chic-fil-a boxes. Freezer needed a good clean out and water dispenser tray on the fridge was gross. »

« The property was perfect for what we needed and very clean. We were close by to Pacific Grove. The free guest passes to the Aquarium were also a huge perk! The kitchen had plenty of pots and amenities so we were able to easily make our own food. »

« This was the last place we stayed on our west coast trip. The place was not very clean. There were dead spiders in the bath tub, the backyard had tall weeds everywhere that you couldn't even relax out there, found what appeared to be blood on the blanket of one of the beds, found dirty socks under a chair, the stove top and drawer handle next to stove looked to have pancake batter stuck on them, ice maker/water dispenser on refrigerator didn't work, felt it wasn't stocked very well and kitchen...

« Great location, great property - as advertised. Initially WiFi didn’t work which was ok as I was exploring the area all day and it ended up working when I got back. Great communication from the host. The property didn’t advertise having an electric kettle but was pleasantly surprised to find one upon arriving. Kitchen and bathroom are updated adding to the comfort and it was nice to be able to cook breakfast every morning. I’d definitely stay here again! »

« Stayed at Jasmin’s house for 1 night and will never stay here again nor will I recommend it. She took our refundable deposit. I bought insurance coverage for property damage. Me and my friends took the time and effort to clean her house and made sure everything is in order how it was when we get there. Vrbo care told me the additional deposit was not needed because I already bought the insurance but Jasmin insisted to ask for additional money.This property is not guest friendly-not suited for...

« The view is amazing from the inside and from the patio. The condo was very clean and kitchen had everything that was needed to cook. Beach is 5 min walk. Will definitely stay here again. »
