« I understand that being surrounded by nature means that some insects may come inside occasionally, but I panicked when I found a cockroach even though the windows had not been opened. Overall, the room was generally clean and well maintained, but there was still some dirt left in the bathroom. I was also disappointed that the bidet functions in both the first-floor and second-floor toilets were broken. »

« お部屋は清潔感があり、家族で気持ちよく過ごすことができました。 ただ、寒かったためエアコンを使用したところ、家族全員が目の痒みやくしゃみを感じました。確認すると、エアコンのフィルターにかなり埃が溜まっていたのが原因だと思われます。 それ以外はとても快適だったので、エアコンのフィルター清掃がきちんとされていれば、ぜひまた利用したいと思います。 »

« The place was locked when I arrived so I went to the address on the instructions nearby after half an hour they came by and told me sorry our mistake go back to the other place. Hot water didn’t work when I got there, easy fix but would have been nice to have some instructions to know I had to turn on the heater. Woke up to a compactor running in the front yard sounded like a helicopter hovering over me shaking the entire building, eventually the guys pall starts up a brushcutter and begins...
