„Lovely warm home, great quality linens etc. The home is a wee bit tired but beautifully presented. The view down to the water across to the ranges is amazing. We sat there in the afternoons into the evening marvelling at the change of colours and light. Well set up. Even has a coffee plunger (that gets a gold star as we do love our plunger coffee). „We started here with extended family and had heaps of space. Amazing view from the balcony over Nelson harbour. Great kitchen, BBQ and lovely wide deck to sit outside on a summer evening. It's a steep walk up from central Nelson but worth it when you get to the top! We used the spa pool a lot and appreciated the regular services. The house is newly renovated, light, airy and well maintained, would recommend as a great place to stay.“

„The property could do with a lot of trimming back of the mature trees to allow more sun in but I imagine in mid summer it’s very pleasant. Once the gardeners had cleaned up the section it looked a lot better. The house was very comfortable with a great shower and we lit the efficient fire on the particularly cold night.“

„Our family had a most relaxing and enjoyable stay at the Ansarli Villa. The property and grounds were immaculate, and we had nothing to do except unpack and relax. The location was ideal, private, but reasonably close to amenities and services. Despite thinking we would spend some time exploring the local area, in the end we spent pretty much the whole time on the property as it had absolutely everything we could want there. „Nelson is a wonderful community, and this property is ideally located -- close to downtown, grocery stores, and nearby hiking. Shared bike/ped paths were also nearby for quick access. The unit has a couple of bicycles, and we used these as our primary in-town transportation. The kitchen is well equipped with a good complement of appliances. The garden is a quiet haven with lots of flowers, herbs, and fruit trees. This place is a great find!“

„This property was about a 15-20 min drive to Abel Tasman NP, and just a short walk to a beautiful beach. The view from the home was outstanding, and visible from anywhere in the living area due to large glass doors/windows on two walls. There was also a large wrap-around porch with outdoor furniture for enjoying the view from outdoors. The furniture was dated, but perfectly comfortable and functional.“
