Upstairs, the primary bedroom offers a king bed, ceiling fan, and a charming private balcony—an ideal spot to start or end your day. The third bedroom includes both a queen and a full bed, along with a window A/C unit. With A/C units upstairs and down and bedroom doors open, the home stays comfortably cool throughout.

Just off the kitchen, separated by a glass sliding door, the sunroom is a favorite gathering space. Outfitted with leather couches, a high-top table for late-night card games, and a ceiling fan, it’s a great spot to relax any time of day. The Suissevale Association does not allow tenant use of the association beach on Saturdays. Instead, the property owner will provide a beach pass to the nearby State’s Landing Beach for guest use, where there is parking available.
