Welcome to Vintage Palms Estate, a 1930s era compound with 3 separate homes on a full acre, situated only five minutes from downtown Mount Dora & the lake, and less than a 40 minute drive to Orlando & Disney. Perfect for multi-generational vacations, family reunions, or friends getaways, the estate includes: The Palm House, The Carriage House; and the Golden Oaks living quarters. Encircled by a canopy of mature palms & oak trees, this estate blends classic historic charm with an exclusive, resort-style oasis.

The entire estate is your private space while you visit. Spend your afternoons lounging by the cocktail pool or strolling the expansive grounds. Children can enjoy the full size playground, basketball hoop, or lawn games. As evening approaches, pour a drink and gather on the lawn to watch the sky turn brilliant shades of orange and pink with panoramic, daily sunset views over the distant lake. Additionally, the firepit gathering spot at the rear of the property offers a warm way to connect the group after a long day. A screened-in lanai also offers a welcoming respite if one prefers not being completely outdoors.

The estate features three distinct homes: Two historic structures: The Palm House - a 1930's Cape Revival style home, and a charming independent Carriage House; plus a newer building structure with the Golden Oaks living quarters —a private apartment perched beautifully above the garage.

The Palm House: 2 Bedroom (One king bed, one full bed)/2 Bathroom (one with stand up shower, one with clawfoot tub/shower). The living space and bedrooms of the Palm House are solely on the first floor, making it suitable for guests with mobility issues. Entry from outside requires a few steps, but otherwise it is all on one level.

The Carriage House: 2 Bedroom (One full bed, two twin beds)/1 Bathroom (stand up shower). The living space of the Carriage House is on the first floor, and the bedrooms/bathroom are located on the second floor, up a short interior staircase.

The Golden Oaks Quarters: 2 Bedroom(One queen bed, 1 bunkbed sleeps two people)/2 Bathroom (one stand up shower, one whirlpool tub). The Golden Oaks Quarters are located on the second floor, accessible up a tall exterior staircase with many steps, therefore it is not suitable for those with mobility issues or fear of heights.

The Laundry Shed - One side is a dedicated laundry area with a washer & dryer, as well as a garment rack plus hangers, and a drying rack; The other side of the building is filled with lawn games and pool items for your use.

Other things to note
RV parking available - Bring your own rig. There are no water, electric or sewer hookups for RV. Guests must be fully self contained.

Boat parking is available.

*All Rentals run from Friday-Thursday so as to allow full attendance at Mount Dora's frequent weekend festivals. Message me if you would like to request alternate check in/check out days.
