„Das Hotel liegt gut gelegen am Marktplatz. Hinten dem Hotel ein eigener Parkplatz. Wenn man in den hinteren Zimmern (Mews) untergebracht ist, hat man Sicht auf den Parkplatz und die sind sehr ringhörig. Zimmer soweit ok für den Preis, sogar mit Nespressomaschine. Frühstück war sehr gut.“

„We recently stayed at your farm on the 31st December Whilst we loved the location and easy check in, we arrived at just gone 5pm and were disappointed with the cleanliness of the room, we do not think it had been cleaned at all since the last guests and likely longer than that. In usual cases we would have let someone know, but as the cleanliness was several major things and not a quick fix, we didn’t want to ruin New years eve by not having a room and a staff member having to come do what was ...

„Very friendly reception from the landlord Gareth who provided a most enlivening atmosphere in the Duke of Wellington ie a darts match for the men and Easter wreath making for the ladies. No food unfortunately but we found an excellent Italian restaurant in nearby Northallerton. The courtyard room was clean and comfortable, marred only by a very awkward shower - not easy to enter, due to lack of space.“

„I was a walker arriving at the Nag's Head at 15.30. I was warmly received and shown to my very comfortable room. Although the restaurant was closed on a Tuesday evening, i was provided with a wonderful Chinese meal at a very modest cost. I requested a continental breakfast which was fine. Pick Hill is a lovely small village with a long history, some of which is displayed in the ancient church. “
