Only about 15 minutes from downtown Hot Springs and 10 minutes from the Ouachita State Park, in the quiet country side. Very clean and comfy. « We enjoyed our stay. My only complaint is they don't have a washer and dryer there. We like to wash our lake clothes. There could be a laundry area somewhere. We only stayed one night so I didn't look. There is a nice swimming area. Get up early and enjoy watching the river wake up. The morning we were there it was foggy and beautiful. »

« This was a perfect get away for us. We couldn’t have asked for better accommodations and can’t wait till we get to return. When your 7 yo says it was the best vacation ever, that says a lot !! The condo was very well furnished and we enjoyed being right on the river. We enjoyed fishing off the dock and everyone we met was super nice. « The bed was very comfortable the AC worked. I was planning a relaxing Lakeview trip. There was a junk house to the left the front view although there is some water you see a lot of highway traffic which was not an appealing sound or sight for someone wanting to get away. Train tracks are behind the condo. To the right of your view on the porch is old trailers with junky cars in the back. If you put on blinders and look straight in front of you you would have a beautiful view. The furniture was...

« The location of this property was very convenient. The place was nice and clean and the view of the river from the balcony was great!
