« Great environment, and Hiram is a very friendly host. Our family of 4 has stayed at the "bridge cottage" (unit "109" out of 8 (?)) for 2 nights, in a very relaxing place (forest/pond/pool). We were looking for a place to rest between big cities' craziness and the cottage was a perfect fit. Wifi was terrible though, barely functional. As long as you don't mind an overall rustic/shabby feel, you'll probably have as good a time here as we did. Worth noting, Hiram answered all our questions really...

« Such a cozy space! The fire pit was amazing and it was the perfect little get away for a nice quiet weekend. Very close to hiking trails and so many places to visit within an hour drive! « This could be a very nice rental, but a lot needs to be fixed and cleaned up. Currently there is no access to the lake the house is on as far as kayaking, boating, paddle boating, or fishing. The only thing accessible is the view. The fire ring was nice and the view was beautiful. I asked about access to the lake before our check-in day and did not get a response to that question until we were already there for 4+ days.
