« I really wanted to love this place because the location is beautiful, but I left feeling pretty disappointed. The biggest surprise was that there aren't actually any natural hot springs you can visit or soak in. When I complained the next day they said I could have parked 2 blocks away t the train station. The room was VERY small. Enough for a Queen bed and about 18 inch to walk around.. that's it. The "desk" was a night stand with a foot rest for a "chair". Very poor for a traveling business person with medication requiring refrigeration. Left a day early on...

« For the cost, the accommodations, especially the building was not up to standards. There was dust on the shelves, debris on the carpet, and holes in our napkins. It took us over 60 minutes to receive our meal after we ordered. The food was very good but overall we were dust, especially because we were celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary and wanted a special evening. »
