"Die Unterkunft an sich ist Super, top Service , sauberes Zimmer, Parkhaus direkt nebenan 45$/24h , aber , die angrenzende Bar die Teil des Hotels ist katastrophal, uns wurde keine letzte Runde angekündigt , als wir einen Longdrink bestellen wollten wurde uns gesagt nur shots möglich , diesen habe ich bestellt und in meine Cola gemischt , darauf hin wurde mir beides weggenommen und die Rechnung presentiert , meiner Freundin wurde nach weiteren 5 min ihr Wasser weg genommen mit der Aussage wir schließen jetzt. BTW jede andere Person in der Bar hatte noch Drinks , sogar teilweise mehrere….. schon ziemlich dreist "

"Very nice located within walking distance (maybe 10 minutes) to PickMarket. Very friendly staff! Cafes and bars nearby. Fairly clean surrounding, but many homeless on the streets. "

"Das Hotel hatte alles, was man braucht. Gut zu Fuß erreichbar, sowie öffentlicher Verkehr fast vor der Tür. Zur Space Needle waren es 10 min zu Fuß. Auch zu Lake Union nur 10 Min. Das Frühstück war mit 20 $ hervorragend, frisch und sehr lecker. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr freundliche und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel, sowie das Zimmer, waren sauber und gut eingerichtet. Alles wurde durch ein Tablet bedient, Klimaanlage, TV oder Rollos. Das Hotel ist einfach nur zu empfehlen!"

"Where do I start? It was a huge disappointment. When we arrived the check-in was handled smoothly. However, it was our wedding anniversary and the guy didn't really care about that and was obviously annoyed by us. The parking spot is nearby but full of weird people.When we went to our room our journey took on. We discovered a very strange organized room with a washing basin separated from the bath room. You needed to walk across the whole room to get from the toilet to the washing basin. Additionally the windows were not closing somehow. For a 4 star etablissement I would expect that the redwine bottle standing losely on the desk is free, but creditcard invoice says "no". Anyway, we went to the restaurant because we had 2 free drinks. Vacuum cleaner guy was just blocking our way and was annoyed by us.The drinks are indeed exceptional there. It was a Friday evening and we were told after 2 rounds that if we like to eat something the kitchen closes at 9. That is fine but when we tried to order another round she told us the bar is closed! at 9 pm on Friday? what the.... Worst thing about that is that she asked us couple of times if we like to eat something before the kitchen closes, but never told us the bar would, too. Food was good there, too. Worst thing in our room: shower stops in the middle of showering while your hair was shampood every f... morning!!!! They told us its normal because the building is old! Why didn*t you tell the guests that beforehand???? Not recommended"
