Hotel Mulanthuruthy

« It is a newer hotel in the area, and the front desk, housekeeping, and restaurant staff were exceptionally courteous, attentive, and consistently provided excellent service throughout our stay. Their professionalism truly made a difference. The 3-star rating is mainly because the kitchen smell was lingering in the room corridor, which was unpleasant. Additionally, the pillows were very thick, and the hotel did not have thinner options available. This made our sleep uncomfortable and caused neck...

« Very nice hotel to stay for a few nights. Some people say it's a bit far out, I didn't think so (and I use tuk-tuks). Very helpful personnel. The fool was also very good. The pool is nice but located near a busy highway, it was a bit noisy at times, but not in my room. »

« Well located on Wellington island. Staff is nice but need to be trained as they are very slow and forget many things »

« I stay here every time I'm in town once a year. It's a cute, modern place at a very reasonable price. The staff is helpful, rooms are clean, and food is pretty good. It offers a really cool view down on the city with an excellent location for a city stay. »

« Such a great experience and my parents stayed over there. Good hotel and especially hospitality is great . Such a professional staff. I highly recommend. Thanks team for taking care of my aged parents . »

« Overall a very well maintained and clean hotel. We ordered the room service chicken tikka pizza...wow excellent! The breakfast was tasty, I appreciated that the hotel rang us to remind us about the free breakfast. My one complaint is that the the hotel staff reminded us three time there would be a few if we created any stain on the sheets. No issue about the requirement just don't mention it three times during check in, we are the customers after all. Overall great place will stay again. »
