"The house is adorable and comfy. The outdoor space was nuce, though with the heat we only sat out in the morning. Only had two "issues." One, the proximity to the train. Luckily it only went by a couple of times during the might. Two, primary bd mattress was too soft. But that may not be an issue ..."

"Great property right on the Colorado River. Cold a/c, perfect for Texas heat and humidity. Nice deck to watch the fireflies. Quiet except for the occasional train horn, but not too bothersome.
