« I picked up the room key about 17.30 but did not move into the room until about 21.00 by which time reception was closed. On a cold wet, night I could not get the heater to work and the TV I could not get commercial channels. Otherwise everything was ok. »

« When I arrived, there was one staff member that was not pleasant. I had called earlier and was told I could use the same room for both nights. When I was talking to the other front of house worker she interrupted and said ‘no you can’t have that room two nights in a row!’ Did not give a reason as well.
