Beautiful location. The house is clean & has everything, but it needs some refreshing and maintenance. For this kind of money, I was expecting it to be so run-down. It would be nice if they had a map for the light switches and labeled them. The house is showing its age. The pool is in rough shape, turned green on the second day. They had people come out immediately to work on it, but it wasn't usable until the last 2 days, with strong chemicals, of our 2-week booking. The upstairs smells of heavy cleaner and mold with visible black mold on the ceiling. Every shower on the bottom floor leaked into the downstairs garage. This was a problem because we had nice cars in the garage for upcoming car shows. Someone came out and looked at it, and stated it was normal condensation from the AC. I told him it was not and send a video of the water not dripping as an AC unit would but pouring out of different areas of the ceiling when different each shower was turned on. I saw no leaks when the showers were not used. Mgr follow up saying they don't believe it is from the "toilets"? It's normal AC condensation dripping. They would like to offer me a gift card for a local restaurant. I never mentioned that the toilets! I said the showers. I tested it myself & told them how to test it. Just turn on each shower & wait. Either way water is leaking into the garage ceiling, destroying it with mold. I guess they want to ignore it like everything else in the house. I left a day early.
