Upon our arrival, my party used the robes provided in our room for the spa; however, they remained wet the following morning. I contacted the front desk multiple times and was assured replacements would be delivered. Despite follow-ups with both the front desk and housekeeping, no robes were provided throughout the day. When I returned after housekeeping service, the wet robes had been removed but not replaced.
I later left the room expecting replacements to be provided during housekeeping. When I returned in the late afternoon, the room had been cleaned and the wet robes removed, but no replacements were left. After contacting the front desk again and waiting an additional 45 minutes, I ultimately had to go to the lobby myself. I was initially given only one and told none were available, despite having requested replacements all day. The associate seemed reluctant to give me a new set of robes because their system showed my requests as “completed” even though I never received any. Only after escalating the issue was I finally provided with two robes.
This unnecessary delay disrupted my spa experience, resulted in significant wasted time, and left me without proper attire in cold conditions. I became ill following the trip, which I believe was exacerbated by this situation.
Even after a formal complaint, the resort acknowledged my concerns but refused to provide a fair resolution. This response showed a lack of care for guest experience, and I will not be returning.
