« This is a newish hotel that is well maintained, with helpful and hardworking front desk and housekeeping staff. Our room was clean and quite large for a king bed standard room. The breakfast was well stocked and kept immaculate; tables cleaned after each guest left a table. »

« We were doing a cross country trip in our airstream. We stayed one night at the BnB and absolutely loved the grounds, our room, and our host. She went above and beyond accommodating our airstream and our dogs. »

« The room was very nice. Great location. 2 of the 4 ice machines were broken. Breakfast buffet was subpar. It had the feeling of a very nice hotel that was in decline. »

« Great valet service although I walked to my car instead of valet when I took it out. Either way, the valet staff was extremely helpful and courteous! Shuttle driver Jason was super good guy and deserves a raise. Extremely professional and courteous. Rooms are nice although the air conditioning is poor. Room extremely hot all night. Bar tender in lobby was rude. Hotel is outside of Lexington, no way to walk to downtown from hotel. »

« The location was beautiful. But the house was very dirty and in need of much repair. The water smelled like poop. The toilet in our room was filled with waste. The ceiling downstairs right by the kitchen had a huge hole and pipes exposed. The front door was broken and needed much repair. The patio out back was filthy the kitchen a complete mess with dishes stacked in the sink. They had cats and dogs in the house and while I was eating a cat jumped up in my lap. « Staff very friendly. Room was nice and clean, beds comfortable. The only thing is the pool was a little cloudy. Other than that it was a good stay. »

« The room needs some updates. I always think rooms need chairs r placed when they are worn to the point of having torn fabric, let's do better! Also when you provide rooms for four adults, they should have two queens at the very least, not full size beds. I was disappointed. Otherwise nice place to stay! »
