Volkskundemuseum Karpathos

Wir waren eine Woche dort und das Zimmer wurde 2 mal nicht gereinigt. Das Frühstück war okay. Aufgrund eines Wasserproblems kam Salzwasser aus Dusche und Waschbecken - eine Preisreduktion wurde abgelehnt. Insgesamt nicht empfehlenswert.

Wir waren im Neubau untergebracht und das Zimmer war modern eingerichtet und sauber. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hatten immer ein lächeln im Gesicht. Trotz großem Hotelkomplex fühlte es sich aber nicht voll an. Es hat genügend Sonnenliegen am Strand und an den 3 Pools. Das Hotel würde ich zu 100% weiter empfehlen

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Althea and honestly couldn’t have asked for more. The owners were incredibly kind and welcoming, and we were even upgraded to a beautiful bungalow with an amazing sea view. The apartment was fully equipped and we were welcomed with fresh figs and juice in the fridge – such a lovely touch! Everything was spotless and the cleaning service was excellent, with the floors cleaned every day. We especially loved our terrace overlooking the sea and the beautiful, peaceful pool area. The service at the pool bar was also fantastic. What made our stay even more special was Maria. It felt like everyone on the island knew her! Whenever someone at a restaurant or even at the airport asked where we were staying and we said “Althea”, the response was always something like: “Oh, at Maria’s – that’s an excellent choice!” That really says it all. A beautiful, quiet place with amazing views, wonderful hospitality and genuinely great service. We would absolutely stay here again and can highly recommend it! ❤️
