« We had a lovely weekend away at this Inn. The room was spacious. The bed was very comfortable. Nice thick curtains that kept out most of the light. Powerful shower. We had a couple of meals and the food was excellent. Breakfast was good. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a problem with our car and they let us stay longer in the room whilst we waited for the RAC. Would stay there again if I was in the area. »

The gas stove had broken down and a tremendous effort was made by staff to provide us with a very good Welsh breakfast that was well worth waiting nearly an hour for. The lady who waited on us was very friendly and, at our request, talked about the region and how to get to our next destination. I'd like to thank her for all her kindness. I was a little sad to hear the owner, I presume, telling her off for spending so much time talking. We really think this personal touch by staff is what distinguishes a good guest house like 'Llwyn Onn' from bland uninteresting hotels. Please don t discourage your staff from being so welcoming."
