« The most gorgeous property! The building, lobby and apartment are all very clean, new and beautifully appointed. The apartment itself was huge and had everything we could need (kitchen appliances, coffee, clothing steamer, etc). We chose to have our breakfast delivered to the room each day, which allowed us to enjoy the balcony and really feel like we lived there. The breakfast was also delicious and offered tons of different options. We canât wait to return! »
« I arrived in the afternoon and found out that the hotel had no water anymore! I understand that it wasn't their fault, but they dealt with it inappropriately.
Gave me some water bottles, but when I asked for more, said they couldn't!!
All in all the hotel is new, but the staff is clueless.
Shame because it could be a lot better, the hotel itself has potential. »
"Our stay started pretty badly with a rather strong argument with the clerks at the registration and rather rude response. After that, the service improved quite a lot but still left a bad first impression. The rest of the stays, including all other interaction with staff were great.
The hotel is very well situated, the rooms
are really clean and the breakfast offering is great in a nice restaurant.
Close to major Lisboa attractions, and to lots of public transportations."
