« Not only is this lodge one of kind, the owners and staff set it apart by offering a very special experience for all guests. We arrived late in the evening and were greeted by the owner welcoming us in and getting us settled in our room. They made sure we got sorted in the morning and ready for our Myoko Adventure. We will be back, only question is how many times!!! »

« Only the couple managing the property, doing all rooms and check in and dining. So be patient. Even they might not know much English they still provide great service and try to accommodate your needs. Nice restaurants and convenient store around though most close early. Walking distance to the Akakura Obsen Ski area. »

« It’s just beautiful. They have a shuttle to the ski areas that aren’t walkable. Free shuttle from and to the train station. They were very friendly and helped me set up my luggage transportation to the next ski location. »

« Never had such delightful hosts. Masao and Yasuko were always available for us. The lodge is confortable and clean. It's a little bit far away from the station and the shops but Masao drove us by car whenever we needed to. Furrhermore, at the end of the day you can also enjoy the hot Japanese bath. The extra breakfast was filling and delicious. We felt like at home and had a wonderful time. I would definitely recommend! »

« 山の上にあるホテルまでナビを頼りに車で登ると急に開けてホテルが出現します部屋からの見晴らしもよくオプションで付けた朝食ビュッフェがとても美味しくて客層も良く静かで穏やかな宿泊ができましたまた、訪れたいですありがとうございました »

« 部屋が40へーべーと広い。温泉が露天風呂有り。ディナーや朝食がバイキングで持ち帰りのお弁当かその場で食べるか選べる。周りは、山々で車があると便利。ただ、ボーとしたり、紅葉をみたり野尻湖という日本2番目の湖に行ったりできます。敷地内のリフトから展望台にゆきうえからの眺めも素敵です。 »

« Staff was helpfull and friendly. Unfortunately the rooms on our level were on "party mode". The staff at the hotel were convenient to help us with the situation, when I called the front desk. I believe were just unlucky with the other tenants. Hotel is a bit old school. Breakfast was nice, well organized and cuisine staff were very efficient! Over all, good place to lodge for the ski :) »

« This place is a great discovery. The hosts offer a warm and gracious hospitality. The jazz music they play in the common area is excellent. I love their displays of art and the maps of the local area. The breakfasts were splendid and the host worked to accommodate the dietary needs of one of our group. »

« Gorgeous property. Communication could be better pre-arrival… slow to respond. But post-arrival, the reception and service was impeccable. A special place for sure! »

"Tout est informatisé mais des charmantes personnes sont là pour vous aider Que 2 machines à laver/sécher séchage donc long et peu efficace si on attend une machine libre. Le gros point noir: l accueil est au 5eme etage et dans la rue l entrée de l hitel ressemble a un magasin. Un tout petit carré vert aussi grand que ceux des magasins à côté difficile à identifier en marchant surtout quand on regarde le sol cahotique pour rouler les valises. Petit déjeuner très convenable "
