Step into a newly renovated, bright oceanfront studio designed for a comfortable couples’ getaway or business stay. The main studio serves as the sleeping and living space, with fresh coastal décor, a king bed, and room-darkening shades for restful nights. Your private balcony has unobstructed, direct oceanfront views—an inviting spot to begin the day with a sunrise over the water.

The condo includes:
• King bed; comfortably sleeps 2
• Kitchenette with granite countertops, mini-fridge/freezer, microwave, electric stove/oven, toaster, drip coffee maker, cooking basics, dishes, wine glasses, and dining table
• Bathroom with tub/shower, vanity, toilet, hair dryer, and starter shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and shower gel
• Flat-screen TV with premium cable, free Wi-Fi, and an Ethernet connection
• Air conditioning and heating
• Closet and dresser storage, hangers, iron, bed linens, and professionally cleaned towels

THE RESORT
You’ll have private access to the entire condo, including its private entrance and oceanfront balcony, plus Compass Cove Resort amenities:

• Multiple oceanfront pools, including a large indoor pool beneath a glass enclosure; shared pools are available year-round during designated hours

Self check-in is available via keypad. Free on-premises parking is available for standard vehicles.

Compass Cove Resort sits directly along Ocean Boulevard in a convenient Myrtle Beach location close to dining, entertainment, shopping, and local attractions. Guests can easily explore nearby restaurants, beach bars, shops, and activities such as mini-golf.

Popular destinations including the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk, SkyWheel, Market Common, Broadway at the Beach, and Myrtle Beach State Park are all just a short drive away, making this a great home base for experiencing everything Myrtle Beach has to offer.

OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE
Within 1 hour of booking, guests must complete the required rental agreement and pay the mandatory, non-refundable $35 Damage Waiver Fee through the secure CHARGEautomation platform. The waiver provides up to $1,000 in accidental-damage coverage.

A starter supply of kitchen towels, toilet paper, and trash bags is provided. The condo includes 2 cloth dish towels; paper towels are not provided. Beach chairs and umbrellas are not provided, but may be rented seasonally from lifeguards on the beach.

Extended stays are welcome, with discounts available for weekly or monthly bookings. During the offseason, after Labor Day and before Memorial Day, resorts throughout the Grand Strand may conduct maintenance, renovations, or construction. Daytime construction noise is possible, and offseason rates already reflect this possibility.

We partner with the safe and secure CHARGEautomation system which assists with completion of the rental agreement and damage waiver process. Agreement consent is finalized through payment of the mandatory, non-refundable $35 Damage Protection Fee within 1 hour of booking. The waiver includes coverage for up to $1,000 in accidental damage, providing added peace of mind for your stay.

Parking Limitations:
No motorcycles, golf carts, trailers, or golf carts are allowed on the resort property. It

Reservation Requirements
* A rental agreement must be electronically signed at least 24 hours before check-in.
Within one hour of booking, guests must complete the required rental agreement through our secure CHARGEautomation platform and pay the mandatory, non-refundable $35 Damage Waiver Fee, which provides up to $1,000 of accidental damage protection.

Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in begins at 4:00 PM.
Check-out is by 10:00 AM.
Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.

Occupancy
Maximum occupancy is 2 guests.
Only registered guests may stay overnight.

No Smoking or Vaping
Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the condo and on the balcony.
Additional cleaning or damage fees may apply if this policy is violated.

No Pets
Pets are not permitted.
Unauthorized pets will result in additional cleaning fees and may result in termination of your reservation.

Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Please be respectful of neighboring guests by keeping noise to a minimum.

Parties & Events
Parties, events, and unauthorized gatherings are not permitted.

Care of the Property
Please treat the condo, furnishings, and amenities with care.
Do not move furniture or remove any items from the unit.
Guests are responsible for damages, excessive cleaning, or missing items.

Safety
Lock all doors and windows whenever leaving the condo.
Familiarize yourself with the location of fire exits and fire extinguishers.

Parking
Park only in designated guest parking areas.
Parking instructions will be provided on the day of check-in.
